Dr. Chana Hershkop
Experienced Geriatric Pharmacist and PGx Certified
Dr. Chana Hershkop graduated from Long Island University College of Pharmacy in 2005 and is currently a licensed pharmacist in PA, NY, NJ, and DE. She also holds a board certification in Geriatric pharmacy (BCGP) since 2010.
Chana has spent the past two decades working in Long Term Care and Assisted Living facilities, optimizing medications for her patients. Looking to improve lives and advance medication management further, Chana is certified in Pharmacogenomics(PGx). Her goal is to change the way we think about medications and incorporate PGx into everyday healthcare practice and medication management.
Currently living in the greater Philadelphia area with her family, Chana is looking forward to bringing PGx with Comprehensive Medication Management and integrative positive lifestyle recommendations to help every client achieve a better, healthier life.

Individuals
- Golden Health Consulting works one on one with private clients. Consultations are available for an individual or for their loved one, to use Pharmacogenomics to resolve medication related issues. We come up with an individualized action plan based on our findings.
How a PGx consult works
1. Book a Discovery call
2. Initial meeting (in person/telehealth)
3. PGx test is completed
4. When results from the PGx test are available, meet to discuss the results and action plan
5. Follow up appointments available
